OIT Live Course Description

Service Description:

Participants will move beyond the basics of OneNote 2007 and learn to use the audio recorder in addition to taking notes, importing and exporting files and images, tagging, and searching your notes.

Goal(s):

Provide principals with the skill and ability to use their devices as an organizational, productivity and communication tool.

Objective(s):

To build on the skills acquired in Tablet level 1: OneNote, tablet functionality, and paperless enabling applications.

Outcome(s)/Deliverable(s):

Participants will obtain a clear understanding of:

  • Using Tablet Functionality to Enhance Efficiency as a 21st Century Leader
  • Getting online anywhere … wireless configuration
  • Using the audio recorder in addition to taking notes.
  • Tagging and searching your notes.
  • How to import/export to and from One Note 2007 to MS Word
  • Using the tablet/inking functions in Office applications (Word)
  • Inserting files into Notebook
